You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing your mask (account details) with others is strictly prohibited, and you are accountable for all activities that occur under your profile.
Prohibited Conduct at the Masquerade
Guests must conduct themselves with elegance. Exploiting bugs, using automated bots, or attempting to manipulate the virtual games will result in immediate and permanent banishment from the Society and forfeiture of all Spark Crests.
Intellectual Property Rights
All visual assets, including the Mask of Sparks, Chandelier Roulette, and society lore, are the exclusive property of Play Spark LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without our explicit written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Play Spark LLC provides this social casino 'as is'. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, loss of virtual Spark Crests, or any damages arising from your participation in the simulated gaming experience. Play is at your own risk.
